We understand that a clear and customer-friendly return policy is essential. While we strive to accommodate every customer, if we detect any unreasonable or repeated misuse of our return policy through our internal review, we reserve the right to restrict or deny future transactions.

Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is not genuine or has quality defects.
  • The item was wrongly dispatched.
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website homenmore.pk.
  • You must notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Change of mind is not applicable. So before order, make sure to finalize your variables like color, size, etc of your desired product before placing an order.

If your item meets all the eligibility requirements, your return request may be approved.


Return Requirements

Before initiating a return, please ensure you meet the following requirements:

  2. Keep Documentation: Retain your Product Receipt issued by Home and More Co. and the package receipt attached upon delivery.
  3. Provide Evidence: Create a video while opening a parcel right after collecting it. Submit a detailed written explanation of the return reason, along with clear photos and videos of the product. Send these to our Customer Service via:
  4. Complete Return Form: A filled Product Return Form (PRF) is mandatory.
  5. Time Limit: Returns must be requested within 7 days of product delivery.
  6. Condition of Item: The product must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and unworn, and returned in its original condition.
  7. Original Packaging: All items must be returned with original packaging, including tags, hangers, plastic wraps, boxes, dust bags, accessories, gifts, tokens, or vouchers.
  8. Serial Numbers: If the product has a serial number or batch code, it must match the one originally shipped.
  9. Gifts Included: If your purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned.
  10. Return Shipping: All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  11. Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds may take up to 45 days to be processed.

⚠️ Important: If an item is damaged during the return shipping process, the customer may be liable for the damage.

Return Process – Step by Step

    • Detailed return reason
    • Photos and videos of the product

  4. Fill PRF: Complete and submit the Product Return Form (PRF).
  5. Pack & Ship:
    • Pack the item in its original condition.
    • Include a note with your name, contact number, email, and order ID (found in “My Orders”).
    • Ship via any courier of your choice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Refund: Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 45 days.
